2013 Track Rental Rates
Please carefully read through the 2013 rental rates. All rental rates include all race staff and safety team staff to run a race.
Weekday/Weeknight rentals:
- $2500 minimum, which will include up to 40 cars and 60 spectators.
- Any rental that has over 40 cars will be charged $60 per additional car.
- Any rental that has over 60 spectators will be charged $4 per additional spectator.
- Weekday rentals are available on Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri from 9am-5pm and Weds from 9am-3pm.
- Weeknight rentals are available on Tues/Thurs/some Fridays from 5pm-9pm.
- Weekday/Weeknight rentals include 3 hours of track time. The gates will open 30 minutes prior to the track time.
- If additional hours are required, it will be charged at a rate of $500 per hour up to 40 cars and $10 per hour per car over 40 cars.
Saturday rentals:
- $3000 minimum, which will include up to 40 cars and 60 spectators.
- Any rental that has over 40 cars will be charged $60 per additional car.
- Any rental that has over 60 spectators will be charged $4 per additional spectator.
- Saturday rentals are very limited. They usually run from 9am-12pm when available.
- Saturday rentals include 3 hours of track time. The gates will open 30 minutes prior to the track time.
- If additional hours are required, it will be charged at a rate of $500 per hour up to 40 cars and $10 per hour per car over 40 cars.
Weekday Pro rentals:
- $250 per hour for up to 5 cars and 20 crew.
- Single lane passes only.
- Weekday Pro rentals are available Mon 9am-5pm Tues/Thurs/Fri 9am-9pm and Weds-9am-3pm.
Non-Timing Rentals:
- $200 per hour for company testing purposes. Does not include any race staff.
- Non-Timing rentals are available Mon 9am-5pm Tues/Thurs 9am-9pm and Weds/Fri 9am-3pm.
Additional Information:
- A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due upon booking of any track rental date. In case of inclement weather the deposit will be transferred to a newly agreed upon date. Inclement weather cancelations must be approved by both parties in order to transfer the deposit to a new date.
- An approximate car count is required by the track at least 5 day prior to the event.
- Concessions are available upon request only. The track must approve any outside catering that the group is planning on having at their event.
