The Fleet Doctor LLC Bracket Points Series is officially half way over after today’s race #6 in the 12 race series.
In the final round of Masta Performance Inc - Racing Transmission Accessories Pro, there was no clear winner off the line when John Linnabary and Dustin Loynes took off. Loynes’s .032 reaction time paired with his 9.836 ET on the 9.83 dial for a total package of .038 made for a close race, but that wasn’t quite enough to beat Linnabary’s .036 package. John Linnabary took home his second win in two weeks.
A tough day of competition in Insurance Man (Steve Smith) Super Pro led to a final round many wanted to watch. Terry Suetterlin lined up with Division 3 Champion Carl Keil II and took home the win. Suetterlin saved his best light of the day for the final round where he was .000 and ran a 5.268 on his 5.26 dial. Keil didn’t plan on letting Terry take an easy win, he was .009 and ran a 4.909 on his 4.90 dial. But, when it was all said and done, the win light came on in Terry Suetterlin’s lane.
McCormack Racing Enterprises Sportsman saw both competitors break out in the final round. What happens in that case? The lesser break out takes the win and today that was Darrell Ciaravino who got that win over Eric Beauch. Ciaravino’s better reaction time set him up for a good chance at the win, and it worked out for him.
Mike Mullendore took the win in S&S Customs Super Pro Motorcycle over his competitor, and friend, Ron Raymond. The pair staged their bikes for the final round which was a heads up race with both bikes dialed in at an 8.50. Despite the expectation that they would leave the line at the same time, it was not the case this time as Raymond left a little too early. Mullendore would’ve been a tough nut to crack anyways with his .019 reaction time.
