Based on weather predictions we are canceling Sunday, October 28th’s racing. We will see you next weekend!
Congratulations to our Fleet Doctor Fall Mini Series champions. Chris Klein in Masta Performance Pro, Greg McCurry in Insurance Man Super Pro, Mike Mullendore in S&S Customs Super Pro Motorcycle, and Codie Balcom in McCormack Racing Sportsman.
Today, Saturday, October 27th is cancelled due to, well, look outside.
Nothing is worse than winter for a drag racer. Make sure to come soak up all the track time you can before November 11th when the gates close for the 2018 racing season. Use the cool air to go fast. Use the last of the open days to make memories. Make the most of your time to be really cool, because drag racing makes you really cool.
There are a lot of opportunities to Test & Tune between now and the end of the season. Check out the whole schedule here.
For the Fleet Doctor Fall Mini Bracket Series Race #6 and Test & Tune tomorrow, Sunday, October 21st, we are making the decision to officially push back the start time for the day to noon. Our gates will open at 11 AM and we will be getting started on track at noon. We will, also, be doing all of our racing as 1/8 mile. There will not be 1/4 mile racing tomorrow.
Want to bring your car or bike out and find out how fast it can go? Just want to go fast without worrying about getting a ticket? #Buzzkill Come out to the track for one of our Test & Tune events to have your chance to have some fun without the pressure of competition. We have Test & Tune every Wednesday through the end of the season (mid-November).
Wednesday night DTS Test & Tune events start at 4 PM. Gates open at 3:30 PM. It is $30 to test and $15 to watch. If it’s your first visit to the track or you just aren’t fully comfortable, let our staff know and they will be happy to help you out. They want to make sure anyone and everyone has the opportunity to love drag racing!
**Note: We will not be open on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31st**
Don’t let the fact it says we are on race #6 fool you, there was some bad luck for this Fleet Doctor Fall Mini Series and we have only had 2 races so far. Points are free to get into, you just have to sign up before first round. There’s still time to climb to the top in this short series. There is one race on Sunday, October 21st and the final race on Sunday, October 28th.
Anyone who has already at the top better come protect their spot, because those below have HALF the series left to make up ground and pass them up. Newcomers could come in and take the class by storm too in most classes. Don’t miss your chance to be a champ.
Today, Saturday, October 20th’s Liberty’s Gears No ET Nationals is cancelled due to the crummy weather headed our way. Don’t worry, there is still plenty of racing left for the 2018 season and another Liberty’s Gears No ET on Saturday, November 3rd.
